Can I request additional editing for my photos?

What is included with my photo shoot?

Our photographers capture the property as it is when they arrive. To help ensure the property looks its best, we recommend reviewing our Pre-Shoot Checklist before the appointment.

Photographers are not required to move or rearrange items for the shoot, although they may choose to do so at their own discretion.

Standard editing is included with your photo shoot, but special edits, such as removing objects or changing elements of the property, are not included.

Can I request a special edit?

Yes! If you know you would like a specific edit, you can let your photographer know before or during the shoot. The photographer will include your request when uploading the photos to our system.

How much do special edits cost?

Special editing requests typically cost $15–$30 per photo, depending on the difficulty of the edit.

For example:

• Removing a picture frame from a wall: Typically $15 per photo
• Adding fire to a fireplace: Typically $15 per photo
• Removing a car from a driveway: May cost $30 per photo

Other examples of special edits include:

• Adding fire to a fireplace
• Removing stains from a driveway
• Making grass greener
• Removing unwanted objects from a photo

The final editing fee depends on the complexity of the requested edit.

What if my requested edit can't be completed?

In the rare event that we are unable to complete a requested edit, you will not be charged for it.
