How many photos do I need?
The number of photos you need depends on the size of the property and any specific features you'd like to highlight. Our photo packages are designed to capture the property as completely as possible while giving you flexibility for larger homes or special requests.
Is 25 Photos Enough?
For most properties, our 1–25 photo package gives us enough photos to capture the full property, including both the interior and exterior.
Our typical photo shoots focus on capturing full views of each room to give potential buyers a clear understanding of the property's layout and spaces. We typically photograph rooms from multiple angles when possible, although smaller rooms may not always allow for multiple useful angles.
What About Close-Up Photos and Special Features?
During a typical photo shoot, we generally focus on full room and property photos rather than close-up shots of individual features.
If there is a specific feature you'd like highlighted, such as a chandelier, fireplace, fountain, architectural detail, or another unique feature, please let us know before or during the shoot. We’ll be happy to make sure your photographer is aware of your request.
What About Larger Properties?
Larger properties may require additional photos to properly capture all of the rooms and features.
If you meet with your photographer at the appointment, you can let them know that you'd like additional photos taken beyond the package you originally ordered. Additional photos are $6 per photo and will be billed after the shoot.
Do You Have Something Specific You Want Photographed?
If there are specific features you'd like us to highlight, please let your photographer know before or during the shoot.
For example, you may want:
- The chandelier in the entrance hall highlighted
- Multiple photos of a fountain or other outdoor feature
- Extra attention given to a particular room or feature
Letting us know about these requests during the appointment helps ensure we can capture everything you'd like included.
If additional photos are requested after the shoot has been completed, we may need to send a photographer back to the property, which could result in a re-shoot fee.
