How to change the products on an order?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the products yourself.

If you need to add, remove, or change a product, simply contact our Customer Support team at hello@snaplyphoto.com or at (303) 900-0469. We’ll be happy to make the changes for you.

• Additional balance: If the changes result in an additional charge, we’ll charge the same card used for the original payment. Unless requested otherwise.
• Refund: If the changes result in a refund, we’ll process the refund back to the original payment method.
