2D Floor Plans:

• Standard Floor Plan: A free Floor Plan that is automatically included with every Snaply photo shoot. The pricing for 25 Photos + Standard Floor Plan is $185. The Standard Floor Plan is one color, and includes room labels and room dimensions.
• Floor Plan PLUS: An upgraded version of the Standard Floor Plan, which can be purchased as an add-on to a Snaply photo shoot for $49. The PLUS version includes colored-coded rooms, fixed furniture, room labels, room dimensions, and total square footage. You can upgrade your Standard Floor Plan to a Floor Plan PLUS before or after your photo shoot. 
• Stand-Alone Floor Plan: If you do not need photos, you can order the Stand-Alone Floor Plan. All Stand-Alone Floor Plans are automatically upgraded to the Floor Plan PLUS version, providing colored-coded rooms, fixed furniture, room labels, room dimensions, and total square footage. The Stand-Alone Floor Plan is priced based on the total square footage of the property, starting at $110 for properties under 2,000 square feet and increasing by $25 per additional 1,000 square feet. 

3D Tours + Floor Plans:

• Zillow 3D Tour + 2D Floor Plan: This product is primarily a 3D tour product, but includes an interactive 2D Floor Plan. The floor plan integrates with the Zillow property listing for an enhanced, clickable experience. Zillow 3D Tours are priced based on the total square footage of the property, starting at $110 for properties under 2,000 square feet and increasing by $25 per additional 1,000 square feet. Please note, the Zillow 3D tour is available as an add-on product only and must be ordered with a photo shoot. Click here to learn more. 
• Matterport 3D Tour + Floor Plan Upgrade: This product is primarily a 3D tour product. However, there is an optional 2D Floor Plan add-on available. Matterport 3D Tours are priced based on the total square footage of the property, starting at $110 for properties under 2,000 square feet and increasing by $25 per additional 1,000 square feet. The 2D Floor Plan add-on is a flat fee of $25, and recommended for clients who are looking to purchase a stand-alone Matterport 3D Tour without a Snaply photo shoot, but they still would like a downloadable floor plan.

How to Order a Snaply Floor Plan

Ready to order a Snaply Floor Plan with your next photo shoot? The process is easy! 

1. Log into your Snaply account (or create an account) by clicking here. 
2. Add your listing information.
3. Add a photo shoot to your order
   1. If you want a Standard Floor Plan, you're done! It's automatically included with your photo shoot order!
   2. If you want to upgrade to the Floor Plan PLUS, click on the Floor Plan PLUS add-on.
4. Complete the checkout process by choosing your photographer and the appointment time/date. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you submit the order with all of your order details. 
5. On the day of the appointment, your photographer will complete the photo shoot and floor plan. (Don't forget to check out our pre-shoot checklist to make sure your listing is photo-ready!)
6. Next day turnaround is guaranteed, so you will get an email with your finished products, including your Floor Plan! 
7. Use your floor plan across all of your marketing channels to get maximum value and drive leads to your listing! Check out some examples below.
