Note: if you are not satisfied with the staged photo you received, we are happy re-stage the photo, free of charge.

Important Notes:

Important notes to keep in mind
Our Virtual Staging is $24 per photo that we stage (not per room).
If you want to have multiple angles of the same room staged, we are not able to put the same furniture in both rooms. Both photos will show different furniture, in a different layout.
We can only stage photos that currently do not have any furniture in them.
We are not able to move individual pieces of furniture around.
You can choose the furniture style, but you are not able to pick and choose the exact furniture.
If you are not happy with the staged photo you received, we can re-stage the photo, free of charge. This will result in a newly staged photo with new furniture and placement.

Options for Ordering

With Snaply, you have two options for virtually staging your vacant listing:

1. You can order virtual staging when order your photo shoot.

2. You can order virtual staging after your shoot is complete.

Please note, virtual staging is only available as an add-on product. This means you must order a Snaply photo shoot to have the images for staging.

Ordering Virtual Staging Upfront

If you know that you want to virtually stage one or more photos in your vacant listing, it is recommended that you order your virtual staging at the same time as your photoshoot. Ordering upfront has the benefit of getting your virtual staging back faster, as you can immediately send in your staging requests when the photos are delivered.

How it works:

When you order your photoshoot, select Virtual Staging as an add on product.
1. You can choose the number of photos you would like staged during this step.
Your photo shoot will take place, and photos will be processed and delivered through your Snaply account.
The morning after your photo shoot, Snaply Support will also send you an email asking for your virtual staging requests! (Want a jump start? You can send Hello@SnaplyPhoto.com with the information below to speed up the virtual staging process).
1. Information requests will include:
  1. Exactly which photo(s) you want to have staged (i.e. Photo 001, 002, 003, etc)
  2. Which room types they are (i.e. living room, dining room, etc)
  3. Which furniture style you’d like.
Snaply will process the virtual staging based on your requests and you will get your finished product delivered within 1 business day* (or less!).
1. Your virtually staged photos will be added to your Snaply account within the same order as the photoshoot. You will get an email alerting you that the virtual staging is complete.
2. Your virtually staged images will automatically be added to your Single Property Website.

*1 day turnaround (or less) is standard for weekdays. If you shoot is delivered on the weekend, or you provide your virtual staging request over the weekend, the staging team may not complete the request until the next business day.

Ordering Virtual Staging After Your Shoot

You are also welcome to wait until after the photo shoot is complete to order your virtual staging. This is a great option if:

You are unsure if you want/need virtual staging
You are waiting on information/approval from the client
You are not sure how many photos you'd like to stage
Your marketing materials for the listing are not time-sensitive

How it works:

When your shoot is complete, reach out to Snaply Support and let them know you'd like to add virtual staging. You can do this by phone at 303-900-0469 or via email at Hello@snaplyphoto.com
The support team will require the following information from you in order to complete your request:
1. Order number or listing address of the original photo shoot
2. Exactly which photo(s) you want to have staged (i.e. Photo 001, 002, 003, etc)
3. Which room types they are (i.e. living room, dining room, etc)
4. Which furniture style you’d like
The Support team will add the virtual staging product to your original order on your behalf.
Snaply will process the virtual staging based on your requests and you will get your finished product delivered within 1 business day* (or less!).
1. Your virtually staged photos will be added to your Snaply account within the same order as the photoshoot. You will get an email alerting you that the virtual staging is complete.
2. Your virtually staged images will automatically be added to your Single Property Website.
3. You will be billed again for the additional cost on the order.
