What happens if it rains during the appointment?

Will the photographer still take photos in the rain?

Yes, we typically still complete the appointment when it is raining. The photographer may start by taking the interior photos first and wait for a break in the rain to photograph the exterior of the property.

Our photos also include blue sky replacement, so even if the weather is cloudy or rainy, the final exterior photos can still have a beautiful blue sky. Please keep in mind that wet concrete, puddles, or other signs of recent rain may still be visible.

What if the rain is too heavy?

If it is raining too heavily and the photographer is unable to safely take the exterior photos, we can schedule another appointment at a later time to complete the exterior photography.

This allows us to complete the interior photos during the original appointment while returning when weather conditions are better for photographing the outside of the property.

What about drone photography?

Drone photography requires suitable weather conditions and may need to be rescheduled if the weather is unfavorable.

Our photographers do not fly drones during rain or high winds. If your appointment includes drone photography and conditions are not safe for flying, we will need to schedule a new time to capture the aerial photos.

The rest of the photo shoot may still be completed as planned, depending on the weather conditions.
