What happens to my previous HouseLens orders?

As part of this transition, SeekNow will sunset the HouseLens platform on April 1, 2026.

Former HouseLens clients will need to download any assets they wish to retain before March 31, 2026. This includes photos, videos, floor plans, invoices, and any other project files stored within the HouseLens system.

After April 1, 2026, the HouseLens platform will no longer be accessible.

We encourage clients to log into their HouseLens account and securely transfer any files they would like to keep prior to the deadline. If you need assistance locating or downloading your materials, please reach out to HouseLens ASAP and they will guide you through the process.

Snaply will not have access to this system so it is highly recommended to download all of your assets prior to 4/1/26.
