Do I have to meet the photographer at the property?
No, you do not have to meet the photographer at the property as long as they are able to access it. If you won't be present for the appointment, there are a few important things to keep in mind to help ensure the shoot goes smoothly.
Make sure the photographer can access the property
Before the appointment, make sure the photographer has all the information needed to access the property. This may include:
- A door or gate code
- Key or lockbox information
- Instructions for accessing the property
- Any other relevant access details
If you have any special requests or important information about the property, please share those with us or the photographer before the shoot.
If the photographer is unable to access the property because of a missing key, incorrect code, or missing access information, we may charge a $65 late cancellation fee.
Make sure the property is ready
If no one will be present during the appointment, it's especially important to make sure the property is completely ready before the photographer arrives.
Please make sure:
- The property is clean and photo-ready
- Any alarms are turned off before the appointment
- The photographer has all necessary access information
- Any special requests have been communicated in advance
What about additional photos?
Our photographers will always do their best to capture the property as effectively as possible while staying within the number of photos included in your ordered package.
If no one is present to request or approve additional photos, the photographer will not take extra photos beyond your ordered package. We don't want you to be surprised by additional charges for photos you didn't approve.
If you would like additional photos or have specific features you'd like photographed, please communicate those requests before or during the appointment.
